Shipment

This is how we ship:
DHL is our parcel service of choice and collects your orders from us every day (Monday to Friday). We send all shipments with DHL GoGreen Plus - this is currently the shipping method with the lowest CO2 emissions in Germany.

We deliver there:
We ship our cards within Europe. If you are unable to order them to your home, please send us an email to service@deli.cards - then we'll see if we can find a solution.

This is how long it takes:
As soon as we receive your payment, we will work at full speed to hand over your order to DHL the following day.

If your order is already in our digital mailbox in the morning, we will almost certainly send your order on the same day.

Delivery by DHL in Germany usually takes 2 to 4 working days. During peak times (Christmas and the like) it can take longer.

Since Saturdays and Sundays belong to our families and friends, we pack up whatever arrived over the weekend on Monday.

Can I track my order?
Of course. We will keep you updated via email about every step of your order. As soon as DHL takes over, you will receive a tracking ID that you can use to track your shipment here .

How much does shipping cost?
We ship free of charge in Germany for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4. If you order our DeliCards anywhere in Europe, you pay €9 for shipping - there is no free shipping here. Customs fees may apply depending on the region, but are not handled by us.

Do you also deliver to parcel shops or packing stations?
Unfortunately, shipping is currently only possible to your private address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can choose a drop-off location or your shipment will be taken to a parcel shop near you. We cannot deliver directly to a parcel shop. However, our packages often fit in letterboxes ;-)
