Return
If you would like to return your shipment or part of it, simply use our returns portal within 14 days .
When packing the goods, please make sure that the goods arrive back to us in their original packaging and undamaged.
You can then drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop of your choice. All you need is the QR code sent to you.
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will refund the purchase amount minus the cost of return shipping (4.00 € standard).
We will endeavour to process your return and issue a refund as quickly as possible. This may take up to 10 days after the goods have been received at our warehouse.
Complaint
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please send us an email with photos and a brief explanation toservice@deli.cards. We will take care of your request quickly and tell you exactly how we will proceed.
